Twelve pupils across Years 3, 4, 5 & 6 were selected to represent the school in the annual Maths Championship, which was held at Belle Vue Primary School on the 4th and 11th February 2020.
The Championship consists of a number of timed rounds involving a variety of maths skills, testing the contestant’s ability to reason and calculate efficiently and to work together as a team. Our Queen Vic pupils were fantastic, they worked very well together and can be very proud of the way they represented the school.
Our star mathematicians were:
from Years 3/4: Melody, Alex, Jackson, Harry, Joey, Bailey.
from Years 5/6: Lola, Archer, Sam, Alfie, Jaydon and Lacey.
