School Days 13th-17th April 2020

This week the children had a whistle stop tour of the world, focusing first on Italy ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น. They completed Picasso styled art ๐ŸŽจand made home-made pizza ๐Ÿ•which were topped off nicely with a Cornetto.

Wednesday saw the children head off down under for an Australian ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บthemed extravaganza. They researched and designed their own Aboriginal Art, looked at famous landmarks, and had a game of Rugby ๐Ÿ‰after lunch with the Wallabies!

Thursday the theme was the USA ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธchildren made their own versions of the Statue of Liberty, whilst they ate fried chicken, Sedgley State Style, with a crunchy cornflake coating. They finished off the day by making Hollywood stars and playing basketball. ๐Ÿ€

On Friday the children headed back to Australia and enjoyed researching more about Australian animals. They took part in the 'Ashes', ๐Ÿ Branden being our star player, scoring an amazing total of 63 runs - he is going to remember us all when he is a rich and famous cricket player.
